Contact JuMing

Tell us your conveyor specifications, drawings, quantity or operating conditions. Our team will respond with a suitable proposal.

Speak with our conveyor component team

Tell us what your conveyor needs to do and which part you are looking for. A clear application description and drawing help us review an enquiry for rollers, roller sets, frames, pulleys, belts, cleaners or related accessories. You do not need to have every detail ready before making contact; identifying what is known and what still needs review is a useful starting point.

Sales office and factory location

Sales office: Room 1212, Hanke Building, No. 44 North Jianshe Street, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China.

Factory: Planning 5 Road North and 100 metres east of Wesan Road, South Zone of the Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Jizhou District, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, China.

The sales office and manufacturing location are in different cities. Please arrange a meeting with our team before travelling, and confirm the exact destination and contact person for the visit. If you are sending a sample or other physical item, request the receiving instructions first so that it reaches the correct location.

What to include in a roller or idler enquiry

Include the roller type and its position on the conveyor, the shell diameter and working length, overall shaft length and shaft-end details, and the quantity required. A dimensioned drawing is preferable to a photograph alone. For a roller set or frame, show the assembly arrangement, mounting centres and the dimensions that must match the existing structure. Describe the conveyed material, belt width and speed, working environment and any recurring issue that prompted the enquiry.

What to include for pulleys and belts

For a pulley, provide the drawing and identify whether it is a drive, head, tail, bend or other position. Face width, diameter, shaft details, bearings and lagging need to be considered together. Share the design information available to your engineering team rather than selecting a replacement from appearance only.

For a conveyor belt, state the required width and length, existing construction or belt marking where available, and the application. Material temperature, inclination, loading conditions, abrasive or sticky material and the operating environment can affect the selection. If you require a sidewall or patterned belt, include the existing arrangement and the material-handling objective.

Help us prepare a useful proposal

State the quantity for each item, delivery country and destination, desired timing, and any applicable project specification. If a particular certificate, inspection record, marking or packing arrangement is required, include it at the enquiry stage. Commercial conditions, final specifications and delivery arrangements are confirmed for the individual order; they should not be inferred from a general product description.

For several parts, an item list with drawing references is useful. If you have revised an earlier drawing, clearly identify the new revision and the document it replaces. Mention any critical fit dimension or part that needs to remain interchangeable with existing stock.

Existing orders and technical questions

Include the order reference, item identification and photographs when contacting us about an existing supply. Describe when the issue occurs and provide the available operating conditions so that the question can be directed to the appropriate team. For general procurement questions, visit the FAQ; for component selection, browse the product catalogue or read our application guide.
