What we manufacture
Our conveyor component range covers the parts that support, drive, guide and clean a belt conveyor. Rollers and idler assemblies support the carrying and return runs; frames establish the mounting geometry; pulleys guide the belt and transfer drive power where required; and conveyor belts and cleaners complete important parts of the material-handling system. Individual products are available through the product catalogue.
This combined scope is useful when several components must be replaced or specified together. A return roller is selected for a different position from an impact roller, and a pulley cannot be specified accurately from diameter alone. We work from the application, dimensions and interface requirements so that the proposed component can be reviewed against the actual conveyor.
Application requirements come first
Industrial conveyor duties vary considerably. Fine, dry powder creates a different sealing challenge from wet sticky material; transfer points face a different loading pattern from the return side of the belt. Customers should share the handled material, working environment, belt width and speed, load or capacity information, and the location of the part being supplied. Photographs help explain the installation, but a dimensioned drawing remains valuable for replacement components.
The same principle applies to standards. If a project calls for a particular DIN, CEMA, JIS, SANS or customer specification, identify the relevant document and edition at the enquiry stage. The applicable dimensions, performance criteria and inspection requirements should be part of the written agreement. A general reference to an international standard does not replace a product-specific technical review.
Manufacturing and customization
Our manufacturing operations cover roller and pulley production as well as conveyor belt manufacturing. Standard configurations and customer-specific requirements can be discussed, including shaft ends, mounting details, surface treatment, belt construction, product identification and packaging. OEM and ODM projects are considered against a drawing, a sample or a clearly defined functional brief.
Customization is most effective when its purpose is clear. Tell us whether a change is needed to fit an existing frame, withstand a particular environment, match a maintenance inventory or meet a project document. This allows engineering and production to focus on the interfaces that matter, rather than making assumptions from a product photograph.
Support throughout the order
Our customer support connects enquiry review, technical clarification, production communication and shipment preparation. Before an order moves forward, the important details should be confirmed: product identification, drawing revision, quantity, agreed inspection, marking, packaging and shipping terms. If a supporting document is required for project approval, request it with the enquiry so its scope can be reviewed.
