gravity roller conveyors are fitted with zinc plated, PVC, or stainless steel
conveyor rollers. These are mounted in a robust steel frame of either stainless
steel, or powder-coated paint.Gravity conveyors are made to suit your needs, with lengths, widths, and
roller diameters to your requirements.

Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory and have export license. Besides, our factory has a number of product lines to provide products with stable production capacity for customers in delivery time.
Q: What information do I need to provide in order to confirm the conveyor rollers order?
A: We work with technical drawings for any non-standard products. If the order is for standard parts, you only have to provide us with the part number so we may define the parts of the order.
Q: Do you have the products in stock?
A: No. All the products are produced according to your order.
Q: Can you produce the hose with my own brand?
A: Yes, we have been offering OEM services to famous manufacturer for several years. Please send email to talk about details.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-30 days, details depend on your order quantity.
Q: How does your factory do regarding to quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from beginning to the end of the production. Every batch conveyor rollers will be carefully inspected before it’s packed for shipment.
Q: Can I order a sample?
A: Of course. We can offer regular model roller sample for free, but the freight cost shall be borne by your side. If you want

Gravity Roller: applications and selection

Gravity rollers support individual packages or unit loads on a roller conveyor that does not rely on a driven belt beneath the goods. Selection starts with the load footprint, mass and base condition, followed by the proposed handling route. This is a different application from the carrying and return rollers used to support a bulk material conveyor belt.

Compare the available arrangements

A roller that works well beneath a rigid crate may not suit a small flexible carton at the same spacing. Straight sections, curves and transfers should therefore be considered as one route. An inclined arrangement also requires the conveyor designer to assess travel speed and stopping. Shaft mounting, roller surface and frame clearances need to remain compatible with the proposed equipment, including any existing stops or transfer devices.

What to include in an enquiry

  • Smallest and largest load footprints, including the condition of their bases.
  • Load mass and the intended movement or accumulation arrangement.
  • Roller diameter, effective length and the proposed spacing between rollers.
  • Shaft ends, frame mounting and any existing spring or fixing arrangement.
  • Route drawing showing curves, inclines, transfers and stopping locations.

Plan replacement and inspection

Inspect the route for seized rollers, damaged surfaces and debris that obstructs package movement. Check transitions using the smallest intended load rather than only the largest item. When replacing individual rollers, match the mounting and working height so that the package is not lifted, dropped or left unsupported at the repaired position. Keep access and inspection requirements visible in the layout discussion.
