People connected by the same conveyor requirement
Conveyor components move through several areas of expertise before they reach an operating plant. Our team brings together engineering, manufacturing, sales and customer support. Each function contributes a different part of the work: understanding the application, defining the component, producing it consistently and communicating the details needed by the customer.
Engineering and product development
Engineering support starts with the information supplied by the customer. A roller drawing, pulley arrangement, belt schedule or description of the operating problem gives the team a basis for discussion. Customization may involve a mounting interface, product dimension, material selection or packaging requirement. The objective is to establish a reviewable specification rather than assume that visually similar components are interchangeable.
Manufacturing and production
The production team carries the agreed requirement into component preparation and assembly. Roller and pulley manufacturing and conveyor belt production involve different processes, which is why clear product identification matters. Drawings, item references and any agreed inspection points help connect the original enquiry to the part being prepared for shipment. See the factory tour for photographs of the manufacturing environment.
Sales and export communication
Our sales team helps customers bring technical and purchasing information together. An enquiry should identify what is required, how many items are needed, where they will be used and where they will be delivered. When the information is incomplete, the team can collect questions for technical clarification. For larger orders, a component schedule or a spreadsheet of drawing references helps keep similar items distinct.
Customer service and technical support
Support continues after the initial purchase discussion. Questions about component identification, replacement compatibility, packaging or a reported operating issue should include the order reference and relevant photographs. If a performance issue is being discussed, describe the belt duty and the conditions in which it occurs. This helps direct the enquiry to the right person and avoids a diagnosis based only on a brief symptom.
What to send to our team
Prepare a drawing or dimensioned sketch, product quantity, application description and the required delivery destination. Include any project standard, document requirement or special marking. If the drawing is still being developed, explain which dimensions are fixed and which require discussion. Email joyce@hbjuming.com, call +86 17531142667, or follow the enquiry checklist to begin.
