Garland roller comprises either 3-roller or 5-roller joined together at the
ends of theirrespective shafts by special lugs, to form a continuous ’chain’ of roller. On
either end of this ‘chain’, the shafts are connected to an attachment bracket
which enables the roller set to be attached to the conveyor stringer

Garland Roller: applications and selection

Garland rollers are linked into a suspended arrangement rather than located individually in a conventional rigid station. Their connectors and end attachments form part of the working support system. A replacement enquiry should therefore describe the entire assembly, its position on the conveyor and the way it attaches to the supporting structure.

Compare the available arrangements

A garland arrangement may use different roller surfaces and configurations according to its defined duty. The carrying strand, return strand and loading zone are distinct application questions. Compare a linked arrangement with a fixed roller set using the same belt profile and support information. Plan replacement and inspection

Inspect connecting parts, suspension points and retention details together with the roller shells. Damage to one connector can affect the whole assembly, so do not limit the review to the visibly worn contact surface. During planned replacement, confirm that all parts belong to the intended arrangement and are installed in the correct position.
