Product details
Impact Roller Set protect the belt by absorbing impacts at loading and transfer
points. They are available in angles of 20, 35 and 45 degrees, and any other
angle are also manufactured as per customer’s design and drawings of the impact Roller Set.
Specification:
For Belt Width: 400-2800mm
Trough angles: 0°-45°
Surface Treatment: Electrostatic Powder Coating, Galvanization.
Standard: DIN, CEMA, JIS, AS, SANS-SABS, GOST, AFNOR etc.

Features:
1. Deep formed channel side brackets for extra strength.
2. Non-Clogging center stands.
3. Minimal roller gaps.
4. Heavy duty foot pads made for bolt mounting.

Application and selection guide
Impact roller sets support a conveyor belt near material loading, combining resilient rollers with a supporting frame. Their effectiveness depends on the complete transfer-point arrangement, including the chute, belt profile and adjacent stations on either side.
Where this product fits
Describe how material lands, where the impact is concentrated and whether spillage or belt damage is already visible. Photographs of the complete loading zone help clarify the required support function.
Information for a suitable proposal
Show the belt profile, roller configuration, mounting centres and clearance beneath the chute. Include particle size and loading conditions in the inquiry rather than asking only for an outside roller diameter.
A complete roller set should be selected as an assembly. Record the belt width, roller lengths, trough configuration, mounting centres and overall frame envelope. A replacement drawing should show how the set attaches to the conveyor structure and how surrounding chutes or guards limit access.
Installation and maintenance considerations
Inspect resilient rings, frame fixings and adjacent belt supports together. Check for material trapped around the station during the site’s planned maintenance procedure.
Tell the supplier whether the set belongs on the carrying strand, return strand or loading zone. Include material characteristics and the current operating problem, if any. During a planned shutdown, inspect the supporting steelwork and adjacent rollers as well as the worn assembly; a new set cannot compensate for a distorted mounting location.
