Product details
We use high-quality non-contact labyrinth seals. Its good water -proof, dust -proof and anti -corrosionability can protect the bearings better and keep the roller operating longer time in the harsh environment.
Application and selection guide
Roller seals help protect the bearing area within a designed end assembly. Seal compatibility depends on the housing, shaft and surrounding components, making the complete arrangement more useful for identification than a photograph of one loose sealing element.
Where this product fits
Describe the contamination the roller encounters, including dust, wet fines or washdown. Show how the seal sits within the end assembly and whether other sealing or protective elements are included.
Information for a suitable proposal
Provide the cross-section, mating dimensions and material requirements from the existing design. Ask for the proposed seal arrangement to be checked against the actual bearing housing and shaft.
Roller accessories work together as a matched assembly. A part with a similar outline can still differ in fit, retention or sealing function. Provide a drawing, a readable part reference or measurements from an unworn sample, together with photographs showing where the component sits in the roller.
Installation and maintenance considerations
Keep parts clean during assembly and inspect mating surfaces. A damaged housing, displaced seal or contaminated assembly can compromise the finished roller despite using the correct replacement part.
When comparing replacements, identify the mating parts and the assembly method. Material, surface condition and tolerances should be agreed for the actual operating environment. Replacing one component is also an opportunity to check the surrounding parts for damage; a worn housing or bent shaft can undermine an otherwise suitable new part.
