Pulley Lagging

HCRL-58% · Ceramic Cold Bonding Rubber Lagging-Heavy Duty 58%

HCRL-58% is identified in the archived range as a heavy duty ceramic cold bonding rubber lagging option. The higher labelled ceramic coverage should be assessed with belt condition, drive duty and the intended bonded installation procedure.

  • Confirm dimensions, materials and working conditions
  • Discuss quantity, delivery and documentation requirements
  • Review drawings or a sample where the application requires it

Product details

It is suitable for pulley lagging of long-distance and high-speed belt
conveying equipment.It has good anti-slip ability, and prolongs equipment
startup time by reducing the frequency of lagging replacement.

Product Features:

1、Combined with DCCD cleaning agent, metal treatment agent and cement, it can
produce the maximum bonding strength and is safer to use;

2、It will not hurt the non-working surface of the conveyor belt, which is
more friendly to the conveyor belt

3、Provide >50000 hours service life under normal working conditions;

4、It can be used in high belt speed, muddy,≥3000t/h conveying capacity and
other working conditions;

5、Unique ceramic tiles bonding technology, ceramic tile is not easy to fall
off;

6、No need to grind the CN layer.

Application and selection guide

HCRL-58% is identified in the archived range as a heavy duty ceramic cold bonding rubber lagging option. The higher labelled ceramic coverage should be assessed with belt condition, drive duty and the intended bonded installation procedure.

Where this product fits

A heavy duty designation does not replace an application review. Describe the pulley position, material contamination and the reason for considering this option over other coverage arrangements.

Information for a suitable proposal

Provide pulley face dimensions, the existing covering specification and belt details. Include photographs of slip or wear so the proposed surface can be compared with the current operating problem.

Ceramic lagging selection should consider drive duty, belt condition, moisture and the existing pulley surface. The product family includes different coverage and installation arrangements. Compare them against the operating problem rather than assuming that a higher ceramic proportion is automatically preferable for every conveyor.

Installation and maintenance considerations

Check the covering for damaged tiles, lifting sections and uneven contact. Installation and inspection should follow the selected lagging system and the responsible maintenance team’s procedure.

Provide pulley face dimensions, the existing covering and photographs of wear or slip marks. The bonding or mounting procedure, surface preparation and return-to-service conditions should be agreed with the installation team. Inspect the surrounding belt and cleaner arrangement as well; lagging is one part of the drive system and does not resolve every cause of belt slip.
