Moreover, the impact resistance of UHMWPE rollers is very good, and it is difficult to be broken or damaged. In fact, it cannot be broken when doing the impact toughness test of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene materials.

Since the UHMWPE idler has surface non-adhesion, no rust and self-lubricating properties, it has better protection for the belt. On the other hand, there will be no hand that "bites" the belt, even if the idler roller does not rotate, it will not damage the belt, greatly extending the life of the belt. In fact, UHMWPE has been used as a protective lining for belts, chains, etc.
